Multiplex Cinema Augustus

Multiple Cinema Augustus is the only cinema in the southern area of Rome. I have just seen Avatar in 3D for 9€, which is reasonable. I have got to admit that the watching experience was good. Compared to when I saw Top Gun: Maverick (2022), it's much cleaner and orderly (both films are best seen at cinemas). They have even provided different bins for various types of trash, and it seems that now they have personnel ready to clean the room after the show. Yet, I find the seats are still dirty and worn out. It hasn't changed for more than 20 years. I understand that after the pandemic it must be arduous to keep the business going. However, something has to change. The place needs rejuvenating; perhaps consider offering better pricing strategies (enticing group tickets or loyalty awards). Also, why not do away with intervals for films less than 100 -120 minutes long? In countries such as the US and Canada there are no pauses. I hope that residents help support their local businesses, such as this cinema-because it has been part of the town's culture. It will be a shame to lose such a historical and cultural place. We still need places like this to go to and hang out with friends and family.😊

More than positive experience! Welcoming structure from all points of view: comfortable and clean rooms; helpful and smiling staff. We celebrated our son's birthday here and everything - from the organization to the entry into the children's room, up to the cutting of the cake in the comfortable adjacent room - went absolutely smoothly.

Unfortunately, the experience with this cinema is not the best. Let's start by saying that from the outside it seems perpetually closed, there are no boards with the programming or anything else. A month ago it was written on the site that the cinema would close for updates and I didn't go for this very reason, only to discover a month later that in reality they hadn't closed at all. It also made me strange to discover that with this new management the cinema remains closed on Mondays but even if these things are mostly nonsense what isn't is CLEANLINESS. I'm really sorry but I just can't get over this. During the interval I left the room to go to the bathroom, I found it closed with the writing "We inform you that the bathrooms are inside the room" so I went back inside and I don't even feel what I found in that toilet. to write it down. I don't know if it's a coincidence or not but I hope they solve it with this review. For the rest it is a normal cinema. You wrote that dirt can be given by other uncivilized people and I would definitely agree if it had been in the evening, but I came to the first show and it was 4.30pm. I also don't think that the broken doors and toilets on all available toilets in the hall bathrooms, as well as the bugs were left by someone shortly before. If you want to check, I'm talking about the bathrooms in ROOM A, I'll gladly come in person to let you know if you want. I avoid posting photos.
